Our Properties for Rent

At Mid Am Management, we currently manage the following properties in the Bowling Green area in Ohio:

  • 24 Houses (1-6 Bedrooms)
  • Townhouses Duplexes (1-4 Bedrooms)

Mid Am Manor Apartments

We have three apartment buildings in this complex located at:

  • 641 3rd Street
  • 702 3rd Street
  • 839 4th Street

Some apartments are furnished. Most have two bedrooms, a few are one bedroom units all have a living room, dining room, kitchen, and one bathroom.

Charlestown Apartments

These are located at 710-730 Scott Hamilton Drive. There are only eight units per building. All units have walk out patio doors opening to the ground level or balcony. These are larger than Mid Am Manor, and a few blocks closer to campus. They are ideal for master students. Each has a kitchen with built in microwaves and dishwashers. Some units are furnished.

247 S. Summit Street

507 E. Merry Street

We recommend this apartment for BGSU students because it is one block away from the campus’ Offenhaur Tower. This property has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and extra storage closets for books and other supplies. We have a furnished option available as well.

620 3rd Street

If you have a large group we recommend this house. It has six bedrooms, two full baths, a large kitchen, with dishwasher and a small laundry room with washer and dryer.

709 5th Street

This apartment comes with two bedrooms and two full baths as well. The open kitchen gives way to a small dining room and a spacious room that can be converted to a living room or study area.

715 5th Street

This three-bedroom home has two bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen opens to counter dining.

702 and 704 6th Street

These are side by side two-bedroom villas equipped with a living room, bathroom, and kitchen.

702 ½ and 704 ½ on 6th and Elm Street

This cozy single bedroom villa is ideal for a student or young working professional.

120 State Street

All of our houses in the area come with one bedroom and are ideal places to live for students and single working adults.

122 and 122 ½ Frazee Avenue

This two-story house is a great place for two people who value their privacy. Upper unit has one bedroom. Lower unit has three bedrooms and a laundry with washer or dryer.

225 Lehman Street

Small families will love this house! It has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a partially furnished basement with a washer and dryer. This house also has a single car garage and is a great place to live in if you own a pet.

119 Troup Street

With three bedrooms, a dining room, living room, one and a half bathrooms, and a kitchen, this house already has what you need. Additionally, the screened back porch of this house leads to a large yard. If you love space and scenery, this house is for you!

220 Merry Street

This property has five bedrooms and one and a half baths.

212 Crim Street

It is three bedrooms and two full baths with a 23 ft. great room in the back, a kitchen with an island, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a basement laundry room with a washer, dryer, and space to store. It has a detached single garage and is one block south of campus.

702 and 702 ½ Wooster Street

This is across the street from the Founders Dorm. There are two bedrooms up and down, both have large living rooms. The downstairs unit has a dishwasher and laundry room as well as a large storage area in the basement.

808 Wooster Street

This house has three bedrooms and one and a half baths. It is being remodeled January to April 2018.

812 Wooster Street

If you are a BGSU student and want to rent a place that’s directly across the street from campus, this house is for you. An ideal place for a group of students, it has three bedrooms, two full baths, and additional rooms in the basement.

123 University Lane

People who may want to split the rent on a house with others can opt for this one. It has four rooms (one of which can be converted to a bedroom or study area) and two full bathrooms.

1012 – 1014 Klotz Road Town Houses

Ideal for a small family or professional couple too. Each of these townhouses has three bedrooms, one and a half baths, and a full basement.

Big Brick Home on Findlay Pike

For space and comfort, we recommend this house. It has three bedrooms, three full baths, a large remodeled kitchen, and an expansive living room.

Greensburg Pike Home

This property has three bedrooms and two full baths.
